I read one line in the RawStory article '“Why are we not talking about his mental acuity?' MSNBC host nails growing Trump problem” and I heard the Talking Heads song “Burning Down the House” (see Wiki for info.) in my mind.

This is the line from MSNBC's “The Weekend" co-host Jonathan Capehart talking about Trump's tarriffs and his saying container ships coming in to our harbors being half empty is a good thing:
You know, and what he [Trump] does is he burns down the house and then he comes in and says, 'Oh, the market went up.' Well, no."

I wish I could say that Trump is burning down the house because he wants to achieve a positive result. Fire fighters set old houses ablaze to practice their skill. Trump is either doing this because he’s a pyromanic who enjoys watching the conflagration he ingited, or because, for the conspiracy minded, because Putin told him to do it.
To quote my partner, Ann, who just proof read this for me, “why, why, why, would he want to do this? He lives here too. Why would he want to do this? That’s the million dollar question. Why would you want to burn down your own house.”
Could be because of his rage at the “deep state” plotting to destroy government and remake it his way. He has no respect for the Constitution. He’s been on the wrong side of the law and was caught.
I have always believed DumDum just wants to burn down America because he feels rejected. He is that defective that the common man be damned. But worse he is setting it up so that even when his term is over the suffering will continue. He is feeling somewhat vindicated because he has the rich bending the knee and the serfs taking it up the wazoo. I can only dream there is real accountability and those in the administration whom are not protected by 'presidential immunity' are tried and found guilty for the illegal actions against their oath to uphold the laws and to humanity. Hoping he doesn't pardon everyone before hand. Since he probably will get away with the many legal & moral crimes, maybe he will go through a very slow deterioration - the kind you know is happening to your body - and experience immense physical pain that reminds you of your mortality.. Then have those around you visit to tell you what a stupid, indecent person you have been and glad to see you suffer the agonies towards a slow excoriating painful death. Happy Mothers day :)
