Well I have small cure. Just go back to work part time. It's tax season. Pretty good since I am almost 71 years & doing returns. I am a doom scroller. Not good for your health and neither are Dr. OZ recommended diet plans. Take care
Everyone has their own ways to cope and all must make sure that stress and anxiety don't become overwhelming. For me doing my VERY small bit with the Substack lessens rather than increases stress.

I thought of both Caligula and Nero when I wrote in that Substack the following: "Caligula is consider to have been the most psychotic, but Nero is adjudged by historians to have been the most brutal. This was due to his notorious actions, including the alleged murders of his mother, stepbrother, and wives, as well as the persecution of Christians. His reign was marked by extravagant spending and cruelty." I suppose if the two of them could have been cloned together into one person we'd have Trump.
