Maybe this is the DHS of the future, an inventive attempt to change DHS lead to DHS Gold. That used to be the realm of alchemy. Now the Large Hadron Collider, turning lead into gold for just a fraction of a second, is doable. Applying that alchemistic theory to DHS, political scientists can create a future DHS that replicates the status quo, and thus eliminates dissent, protest, and application of constitutional amendments.
