At a minimal she is bilingual - maybe more so. MTG NOT. Any American who visits France better keep the stars & stripes out of site, and if anyone working in a restaurant hears an American accent be prepared to get a little extra flavouring to your food. Seriously, the world is laughing (and angry) at the US.

Anywhere in the world people who eat out are fools to insult the chef. Now, when American's travel oversea merely being seen as an America does risk them getting a little extra something something in their Bouillabaisse. My hunch is that sales of maple leaf caps are going up especially at international airport shops in the US.
